🌐 Web App Updates

🆕 New Features

• Safe Observation Workflow (Optional) – Positive or Safe observations can now be auto-closed on submission, while Unsafe observations remain open for triage and follow-up. (Available via Support request)
• Action Multiple Assignees (Optional) – Introduced an optional configuration allowing Actions to be assigned to multiple users, enabling shared responsibility for corrective tasks. (Available via Support request)
• Disable Contract/Permanent Project Types – Admins can now disable specific project types (Contract or Permanent) on the Add Project form for cleaner data management. (Available via Support request)

🔧 Improvements & Enhancements

• PQQ Expiry Dates – Administrators can now enable and configure expiry dates on PQQ templates, ensuring supplier compliance documentation stays current.
• Project/Site Manager Selection – The Add Project page now includes a field to assign a Project or Site Manager from users with global access, improving accountability and visibility.
• Template Manager – Enhanced logic for Repeater Questions and improved handling when removing questions from templates.
• Companies List & Supply Chain Integrations – Company status is now colour-coded to visually match its current state, and companies with expired training but no updated record are now highlighted under Documents & Certs Valid.
• Permissions Management – Improved handling of module record deletions and permission checks; minor enhancements to how permissions are validated during user actions.
• User Experience Updates – Updated copy on Check Sheets ‘Remove Record’ confirmation modal for clarity, plus minor UI refinements across several pages for consistency.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Fixed issues in Template Manager affecting RAMS module and offline audits.
• Resolved column sorting issue on the Company Documents table.
• Fixed issues with Summary Sections not loading correctly in some cases.
• Fixed edge cases with Charts not rendering under certain circumstances.
• Weather and Location data fixes for more reliable context capture.

📱 Mobile App Updates (iOS & Android)

🆕 New Features

• Offline RAMS Support – Users can now view, complete, and submit RAMS offline, syncing automatically when reconnected.

🔧 Improvements & Enhancements

• General performance optimisations for offline sync and mobile data caching.
• Improved loading and rendering of large checklists and templates.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Minor fixes for data synchronisation in low-connectivity conditions.
• Corrected issue where some fields did not retain offline values after sync.
