Site Reports FAQ's

How Do Site Reports Work?

Monthly Site Reports are automatically generated by Onos on the 1st of each month for every active project or site. If a Site Manager or Project Manager is assigned, the report is automatically issued to them. Otherwise, the report is created and available in the system to be completed manually.

Reports should be completed within 5 days of being generated. If a report is not completed within this timeframe, it will be marked as overdue and reminder notifications will be sent to the assigned user.

Completing a Site Report

If completing a report manually, users can select the relevant Site Report from the Site Reports list page and open it to complete the required sections.

When adding pages to a report, the Add Page dropdown will only show months where a Site Report does not already exist in Onos. If all reports are generated and up to date, no months will appear in the dropdown.

Report Sections

Each Monthly Site Report is made up of multiple sections, which can be completed as required for the site, including:

  • Project Details
  • Accident Information
  • Additional Information
  • Labour
  • Environmental Data
  • Biodiversity
  • Waste Management
  • Transport (Upstream)
  • Sign-off
  • SHE Department Only (where applicable)

These sections ensure consistent collection of safety, environmental, and operational data across all projects, supporting accurate reporting and compliance.
