Since our last major product update, we’ve delivered a series of improvements across Onos — many already rolled out to selected customers and now available more widely.
This release focuses on strengthening workforce capability, improving visibility across site operations, and expanding environmental reporting.

• 🎓 Digital Learning - Online Courses now available to support structured training directly in Onos
• 📝 Inductions now support quiz capability to validate understanding before access or certification
• 📍 Digital Site Sign-In available to improve visibility of who is on site and when
• 🌍 Environmental Reporting expanded with Gas support across Site Reports and Fuel Management

🆕 New Features

• Online Courses - Create course templates, embed content including video, add quizzes and assessments, issue signed certificates and track completions across teams.
• Induction Quiz Capability - Add quizzes to induction templates to validate understanding before site access or certification is confirmed.
• Digital Site Sign-In - Manage who is on site, when they arrived and how long they were present, supporting compliance, investigations and operational reporting.
• Gas Support in Environmental Reporting - Gas is now supported within Site Reports and Fuel Management for more complete environmental data capture and reporting accuracy.

📘 Notes for Admins / Power Users

• Online Courses is now activated for the admin role. Admins should review the feature, test course templates and then add the Online Courses permission to any roles that will use it.
• For Induction Quizzes, admins can duplicate existing induction templates, enable the quiz section within template settings, test the updated template and then deactivate the old version when ready.
• Digital Site Sign-In is available on request. If you want to use or explore this feature, contact Onos so it can be activated for your environment with the appropriate admin role access.
• Gas functionality is available within the Environmental module. Admins can begin adding or editing gas usage using the Site Report and Gas Fuel guides.
